ILEDA successfully completed the turnkey construction of a villa in Divonne-les-Bains, overseeing every stage from the demolition of the existing villa to the full construction of the new one, including all interior finishes. This project, commissioned by a client from the Middle East, required meticulous management of each phase, taking into account the strict requirements of French regulations and the specific needs of the client.

The project began with the complete demolition of the old villa, followed by site preparation. The construction of the new villa then began, with particular attention given to the architecture, layout, and quality of materials selected to meet the client’s high expectations.

Throughout the process, Ileda overcame the challenges posed by French construction regulations, ensuring that every detail complied with local requirements, particularly in terms of safety, environmental standards, and thermal regulations.
