Built in the 70s by the famous Lausanne architect Pierre Bonnard, this beautiful villa was totally renovated, transformed, and furnished in a modern-day style while still respecting the original architecture.

The transformation was mainly based on the creation of a veranda at the same level as the front roof on the garden side, adapted to the façade designed by the architect.

ILEDA acted as the project’s conductor, orchestrating the coordination of all the renovation work for this truly unique home. From the careful selection of materials to the special design envisioned by the interior architect, ILEDA ensured every element came together harmoniously. Managing and aligning the various trades involved — a task made even more complex by the technical challenges of preserving architectural integrity while integrating modern design — required both precision and expertise.
